hello. . i bought a varad el scanner (500 series) and was wondering if anyone else had one. .and if u do, where did u position it in ur car and how ?? i think some people put it on their rearview mirrors, but the scanner has like a plastic box at one end of it .. plus i think its too long. btw i want to wire this to my factory alarm system..thanks
