clearing headlights

I'm planning on clearing the headlights on my 03 civic sedan this weekend and looking for some good plans. I got no clue about working on cars but trying to learn so i checked out the DIY section here and printed the plans posted. I spoke to a guy that told me they were not that good and I could damage my car. Can anyone help me out with some step-by-step plans on how to clear my headlights? Also, I am replacing my headlight wire harness and installing some hyperwhites, i think this should be pretty EZ but anyone got some pointers? Thanks alot.

also, unless you break something, then you shouldn't damage your lenses. make sure you silicone them good, and water wont get in either. btw, you may want to try the correct forum for this thread, you may get more replies. but im sure a mod will eventually move it for you. in either case, good luck, and have fun. i have never done a set on a sedan, but from reading, i understand that they are a tad bit harder to clear than the coupe.

OK buddy, this is the 3rd post that I can see about this topic, the 2nd in this forum in the SAME DAY, not to mention, this is the WRONG forum for this question. Please use the search feature, as this EXACT SAME QUESTION has been asked hundreds of times. And please post in the correct forums without double or tripple posting the same question.

And with that, *LOCKED*
