i can get one for 50 bucks and it sounds like a good deal considering i cant really wire stuff myself and this is easy to do so i wanna kno if this is a good price and does it work does it have to be in a certain place? im pikin it up tommorwo i think

This is $25 and likely much better. I used to use one of these for 400 mile trips and if I had to change the frequency once it was a lot.

the ones we use at my shop work great, and they definitely make install a snap, we dont have to mess with the back of the radio. Great for GM cars where multiple adapters are neccesary, and great for honas, which (usually) take forever and a day to pull out the radio.

they come with a little white wire antenna, and it does matter where you place it. but they arent very picky when you choose a location, so more likely than not the first spot you choose will be a great spot for it.

$50 sounds kind of steep IMO for one, but the concept is solid, and its a shop standard item these days.

cool!thanx a lot whiterabbit that made my desicion haha i kno its steep for price but i called 5 places in my area and two wanted 50 one wanted 85 and the other 2 $100 so ima go with the cheapest haha and i dont kno too much about installation so im going the easiest and that sounds like it thanx
