Dim Headlights

Dim Headlights Hi y'all,
We have an '07 Civic Si Sedan, and our headlights are dim, and they've been this way since be brought it home brand new in june of '07... Why would this be? I've seen other 8th gen's with dimmer headlights, but most I see are fine! Our glass isn't cloudy, in fact I make sure it shines when I wash it... :/

prolly gonna have to take the bumper off and check the ground connections for the headlight harness. if they are corroded, you will not get full voltage going to the bulbs.
