Do you guys think these 2 parts are interchangeable?

I'm talking about the plastic around the radio/temp controls.

I want to get rid of that butt ugly fake wood grain.

i know it is, when i painted my trim, the same part that your wanting to remove, it comes out, there is a DIY on removing it for painting,

he has the EL I'm guessing since he showed the pic of the EL with the wood grain, but then again since those are probably not his pics it could be either, but I'm getting the impression that he has the EL

I bet the woodgrain finish is just a pre-installed kit over the black plastic. I actually thought they raplaced those parts when I bought the "Factory Carbon Fiber Trim", turns out they use 2x tape to hold the illusion onto the stock black.

I have the EL.

I pick the car up next week, so I'll take a closer look at it and let you guys know.
