I know how dangerous it can be buying a kit on the internet. Does any one know who i can go through to get a good quality kit.

Also is there a difference between the octane front bumper and the R34.

No difference between the R34 and the Octane. Try not to buy from ebay, www.groupbuycenter.com , www.aerotrends.com is another great place.
