uhh do i have a downpipe?

yeah after reading a few posts about downpipes, i just went to my garage where my other pipes are and i found the pipe i didnt use when i installed my magnaflow catback. it looks like a down pipe...is it?

uhh.. any pics? if its curved like a L and it seems like it'll fit your header, then thats probably it. but you would notice if you didnt have a downpipe

er...

I believe magnaflow includes another pipe for LX application... where the midpipe is longer... hence the extra pipe.

you dont need that pipe..

The downpipe is the connection from the header to the cat (or where the cat should be). Your exhaust is a cat-back, meaning it replaces everything after the cat. So it should have no effect on your downpipe.

Thats exactly what the extra pipe is. I needed it for my LX because the cat is located in a different place then the cat on an EX
