KMS Manifold and Throttle Body
I just got off the phone with John at KMS and as some of you may already know, the intake manifold will be done hopefully late next week. I also asked him about a bigger throttle body and he told me that we can send ours in and he will replace with a factory one that they has been bored out. The throttle body will flow 65mm of air and the cost is $175.00.

anybody ordered theirs yet? Is this just to replace the plastic one so that there is no exploding manifold syndrome when fuel puddles(with nitrous) , or does it actually flow more air?

Thats what i got from reading the other post about the IM, that only 10 would be produced, but i can imagine they would even come CLOSE to making any money from selling 10 @$500 each. With as long as this is taking to build i think they'd have to get like(seriously) $10,000 for each to make it worth their while. and thats only $100,000. I bet they have invested about that much money in R&D on it.
I can only assume that the 10 count is just for the 1st shipping. Then after those are gone they will make more. It wouldnt make any sense to put all that time in then only produce 10 parts.
