Kumho DirectShift Conversion kit + Neuspeed Short Shift Adaptor + 2'' removed from the factory shifter = positively huge grins
If you've got about two hours, a few tools, and about $100, these mods result in something worthwile you can really feel. Cutting down the shifter was the most challenging, but still manageable. If anyone wants more detail, let me know, otherwise just thought I'd again confirm that these mods are great.

The Revo did not appear to drop the shifter down far enough for my tastes. I did some measuring. The Revo's throws also appear longer than factory with Neuspeed shifter (again, based on my measurements and feel). The Revo I had and opportunity to examine also did not come with the full metal bushings.
