Another MTEC Bulb Pictures
I got these Mtec H4 bulbs from this guy along with Polarg 168 parking lights here
The first picture showed how it looked from a distance. They look very match and bright.

However if you look closer the Polarg 168 bulbs doesn't match because they give more of a purplish color. I believe PIAA super white or xtreme white will give much better match with Mtec bulbs.

The bulbs light up very well on dry surface especially on highway. However they don't shine as well in the rain. I had Salvania Coolblue before and I thought the Coolblue were brighter on dry/wet surface. But I will pick Mtec over Coolblue because Mtec is cheaper and white color bulbs make the car look better too. I also took off the blue brackets because I heard story about it falling off.

Yup only one bulb inside and need to take off part of the splash shield to install it. Go with piaa super white/xtreme white, I think they will match up better with mtec.

It is worth it! Just make sure you don't touch the lens with your finger or hand when you install them(some people suggest using latex gloves to be safe). The Mtec bulbs are only 55/60w so they won't explode/melt in your headlights housing.

WTF....spoke too soon. One bulb now doesn't work on low beam, only high. Oh well, I guess I got what I paid for. Lasted only 5 days !
I've had mine for 4 months now and they are still going strong. Glass is intact.
I got my lights from catz about almost a year ago and they are still work. I used alcohol (rubbing) and latex gloves to put them in so that I didn't get any oil from my fingers on them. Are you sure you didn't touch them some how. I ran into the same problem with my parking lights being different color than my head lights. My parking lights are a light blue type color and the head lights are white light. But when the headlights are on you really can't tell the difference from a short distance.
