Turbo Sound Simulator ??
The eclipse on the Fast and the Furious was not turbo. There was some type of turbo whislte-like sound simulator and these can be found online. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this or where i can find one. Thanx

why not just save up and get a real one that gives you power and the cute whislte noise, oh well i guess everyone has their own style. I guess this is like an ad i saw in the back pages of honda tuning

The bov sound is a sign of respect, now if someone hears that "fake" bov and thinks you have a real turbo and he wants to see it, he ends up finding out its a simulator your not gonna get that respect back EVER plus you will get laughed at forever[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 0 dude, just make sure you get one of those light up tail pipes too, dont settle for just a turbo sound man, get the turbo sound with a afterburner and that would be totally cool, you'll be the envy of the block- I hear it dds about 50hp to the wheels too, so you wont have to setle for just sounding fast, you can actually make the car go faster!!!![IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 0 I personally think there's nothing wrong with someone wanting one of these. One of the things people like about turbo is the sound. I've heard many people on here say "I love that turbo sound." So what is wrong if someone just buys an emulator? Sure it's not the real thing, ... actually.. hmmm... I guess it is kinda lame..

Rep Power: 0 There was a kid with a half-kitted out eclipse in my school with one of these saying he had a turbo... he didn't even have a GST stock turbo... he also said he just took out his "nawwwwsss" but he didn't wanna show his engine to anyone (I've seen it... big air filter on stock airbox) It just bugs me when people try that hard... why pay 69.99 to simulate a sound... just stick ur head out the window and pretend... guarunteed you won't get laughed at as bad
