Your lighting up the road like 3 feet in front of your car. Is it just me or shouldnt the beam be hitting waaaaaaaaaay farther out? Maybe it's just an illusion. But it looks good when you look at the car.

That would appear to be the fog lights in the lower part of the bumper.
The pictures we all took won't help you at all.
I highly recommend you see them in person before making any decisions.
We take them at certain angles to look that bright.
Below is a pic of my lights when you get close up.
As you can see from the pic below there is a big difference.

EDIT: You say you have hyperwhite turnsignals so you don't attract cops but you have dark BLUE parking lights?

You'll have to see it in person and if you can't, trial and error.
PIAA Super White Platinum H3 headlights
PIAA Super White 194 LED park lights
Eurolite Xenon Super White 7443 turn signals.
No pics yet, but the best I can say is this. The Eurolite turn signals suck if you are going for a clear crisp white look. They are a dense blue and look really nice if you are going for a blue look, but I am not so am planning on changing them to PIAA Xtreme whites.
As for my 198's, they are a crisp white with a slight haze of blue, and my PIAA H3's which I just got a couple days ago are very white with absolutely no blue in the whatsoever. Good visibility as well.
