Which is dead: bulb or fuse?

i just noticed my headlights don't shine anymore when i turn them on but when i turn them off the daytime running lights do turn on and since that is highbeam so do the highbeams shine when i turn those on but the low beams will not shine. do i have a blowned out fuse or bulb here?

vietstylez will become famous soon enough
most likely your bulb..are u still using H4s? if so then your bulb had dual filament and the low beam is probably out so try replacing it.

Well, best bet would be to check the fuse if you think it could be it. But my guess is the bulb.
