Exhaust quality?

Hey guyz
I have a couple questions. This is what i have planned to do. Ok i don't want a full cat back because of the emission laws in canada. So i will be gettin custom piping prob around 2.5 inches so i get a lower sound and "slightly" more performance. Now heres the question Im wonder how good the quality of the Skunk 2 Super N-1 design muffler is.. I like that style so if anyone knows what the quality of this rear section is like that would be of great help to me. Also if anyone knows of a rear section that looks beefy and is good quality let me know too ehhe thnx... And i take it that the HKS Hiper rear section is good? im not sure but im lookin at that muffler as well. THnx for all your help guyz

Why would'nt you want a cat back system?? It will be the same as the custom piping and probably built better too. Who ever inspects the car would probably aprove of one that is aftermarket other than custom made. Just my opinion though............

I agree, custom piping is usually from the cat back anyways. Some people think that cat-back means that you are replacing the cat, but you are not, hence the "from the catalytic converter back". but anyways I think the would produce the same emissions

My buddy had the N1 on his integra and got a ticket for it being too loud, but it passed the emissions test with no problem, and he has a header too. Just leave the cat alone.
