Did you "tap" the red/black wire with the "red" wire from the indiglows?
If you totally cutted that red/black wire coming out of the blue connector, that might be your problem. Also check if you ground the black indiglow cables correctly ... must be touching some metal stuff.
here's the DIY again.

Haha, don't worrry. This is the car turned off. Yea everything works when the car is on. Just that the meter starts at 5mph. It's off by 5. And the meter doesn't go all the way down when the car is turned off.

Id check to see that there is no bubble in the indiglo face that is stopping the needle returning to 0. Sometimes you need to get the speedo recalibrated if you removed the needles to put the indiglo gauges on.
Good luck

Dude I don't know what u did but i got the same indiglow's on my 5speed ex installed them in about 20 min and had no problems with them. Did you get yours from Redlinezone.com?
what i did was tape my gauges down with double sided tape
to keep it from hitting the speedo and getting it stuck...
if you did tape it down, you might have just taped the gauges in a position that wasnt "correct" meaning it didnt line up at 0 with your speedo
might want to check that
but i dont know how you installed them, thats all i can think of

Those Are the same ones I got and it took me 20 min also and it works fine
. Yeah its how you installed it. It shouldnt be like that. Maybe you messed up the guage while install. Be gentle to the needle.
