Indiglo petals from japan need help

i got these indiglo petals from japan not knowing that the instructions on them were going to be just in japanese so if you could help that would be gratly appreciated!!!!! oh yea i did do a search but nothing came up just in case people get mad " indiglo petals"

i bought from japan b/c they're a lot cheaper and look a lot better!!!
