Opinions on Tire Noise

I haven't had too much experience with different tires, so I am wondering how the noise levels on the Firestone FR690 compares to other tires? Are they considered quiet or could I get something considerably quieter?

I am considering Yokohama AVS dB or Kumho Ecsta 712 as replacements to the Firestones.

OE tires are designed to be the quietest and give the smoothest ride. The more agressive tires and wider tires will be noisier.
