Calibrating Needles?

i messed up my needles, installing new gauges and i dont know how toget them back to the way they were, if someone has a way without taking it to the dealer or buying new ones please help

yea my friend screwed up on his needles and it went 20 mph higher than actual...we just drove on cruise control and one car would signal how fast we were going so we could move the needle up or down haha i dunno it was sorta ghetto

i think i got my speedometer and rpm's right its just the needle for my tempature is almost all the way at hot when its warmed up and i am not sure where it should be at

Yeah the temp needle should be just below half way, just below that little thermometer icon on the dial.
