dome light- i searched
i searched high and low and i cant find a standard measurement for the dome light.. i found plenty of model numbers, but autodynamic.com uses standard measurement.
my choices are:
small: 1 3/16"
medium: 1 1/12"
large: 1 5/8"
thanks.
it would be really usefull if we had a light chart thread somewhere on this sight, i searched each light one by one, pain in the a$$!

what kind of trim you have and is it a coupe or sedan. cuz i have a coupe and i bought the dome light of autodynamic.com and i bought the 1 5/8 size and i have a 02 civic ex coupe and its jsut slighty smaller than the stock light so you just have to bend the clamps a lil bit and it will fit. it matters cuz if oyu have a sedan or coupe cuz i gave one to my boy and he has a sedan and it didnt fit so you would have to buy the small or meduim. hope this helps.
any other questions jsut reply here or email me or pm me.

ive got an lx coupe...also- the front small (egg shaped) parking lights (white) are 196/168 right? and the two interior overhead button lights are the same? autodynamic.com also had these lights offered in 4-element led style- has anyone used these before? im most concerned about the whiteness matching with my nokya arctic white h4 90watt headlight bulbs.

Somebody doesn't know how to search very well...lol. That's cool though, here is the info combined from my previous posts:
I got my platinum white domelights from racinglab.com (Raybrig). If you have a civic ex, then all three bulbs in the front of the car are model R130 (12V 5W) including the trunk bulb. The back dome light is model R133 (12V 8W). These are exactly the same size as OEM, but they have a blue coating that makes them hyper white. Great bulbs and not too expensive. I believe the front dome bulbs are 168.
I know this has been posted twice before by me, but here it is one more time.
This is only for an ex model:
All three front dome bulbs and trunk bulb: 12V 5W (10x25mm)
Rear dome light: 12V 8W (10x31mm)
I got my platinum white dome lights at racinglab.com and they are these exact sizes. Very good bulbs from Japan and nice hyper white color.
Here are the model numbers:
R130 = Front dome, map lights, and trunk light
R133 = Rear dome light
Hope this helps

I'm sure it's legal to have white turn signals in Cali.

The trunk light should be the same. The front dome lights for an LX are different. There are two spotlights that take the same bulb as the rear EX dome light. Should be the 12V8W bulbs, which would be brighter.
I've heard that in Cali white signals are okay. If I ever move there, I'm getting hyper-whites. Most cleared lights around Reno have the regular stock clear bulbs so they look yellowish at night. Cops don't mind too much.
