Intercooler

Do you need a turbo? Or can you just have an intercooler hooked up to your intake?

Well, you could have an intercooler hooked up to your car without a turbo I guess. But it would probably just slow you down. The restriction through the intercooler would rob you of some HP unless you had a turbo on one end to push the air through the intercooler and into your engine.
