Definitely don't go with fiberglass...the first tap against a curb or knock against a parking bump, and you'll hate yourself for buying it...it's better to save up than suffer!

200 is good...
but yea, try to avoid fiberglass front bumpers.
Mine is fiberglass...blue class. I've hit curbs, bumps, cones, etc and it's still not cracked. Pretty durable, but go with urethane.

I just went buy the shop and the guy said he would install it for me for 40 dollars, im not going to get it painted right now cause it is white and my car is white, its definetly not factory white but close enought until spring. Is that a good price for install 240 installed i know i could do it myself but im in college and live on campus so is it worth it to give up the 40 bucks.

you should be able to get the bumber alone for around 125-150 not 200 or atleast i can get it for that but i would go with urethane cause one rcok and your out 150 bucks. and you gotta screw around with making it fit right.

sorry i can't get urethane yet but if you wanna take the time to mold the fiber glass and you use a good clear coat and sealent it is good here is what you gotta realize people bash on fiber glass cause it is suposedly not tough at all but they don't realize your stock front and rear bumber are made out of *fiberglass* so if you wanna mold it to get it to fit right go for fiberglass.
