Installed Headlights
I know that there are already lots of talks on here about the Angel Eyes projector but there really isn't a lot of pictures, or maybe it's just me i dunno.
But pics are fun, so here are the pics of my recent installation of the projectors.

For those of you who wants to see the projector compared to the original...

Halo not yet wired...

I know this has probably been answered a billion times..but whats your opinion with your new projectors when it comes to light differences? Do the projectors give a noticable difference when driving at night, or are they more for looks? Any opinion u have on this would be very helpful.

In my opinion, I think the projectors are more for looks. they don't give out as much light to the side, they fang out like this VV. I don't know if the projectors are brighter than the stock lights, only had mine for a day and haven't compare them to another civ. But I did take my car out to a backroad just outside of town and I found that when there is no other light source around, the projectors are almost as bright as the high beem. Overall, I think that they are more for looks than functionality and if you are looking for something in them besides the looks, don't waste your time or money.
With that said, personally i like them even if they're not that bright because there are millions of other cars on the road and tons of light on the street... I could drive around with my lights off and still see, I wouldn't be safe but I could see . Okay, maybe I wouldn't.
Anyhow... yesterday was a nice day and today feels even better outside. One of those days where you could have the windows down and the moon roof back, and maybe even get away with a te shirt
. So I decided to give my car a little pampering. Wash and clean it a bit and now me and my baby (Civ) are gonna head out to snap some pictures for your enjoyment. Be back in a couple of hours to post the pics.

Yep I agree the projectors are just for looks. They are nothing like the VW or Audi or BMW lights. But still they look cool and if you have them adjusted the right ways they'll do the job

Alright, beautiful day outside til it started to rain but only for a little bit. Still I manage to snap some good shots of my ride.
tekgnosis... here are the daytime shots for ya buddy. Enjoy...

Last Picture I took right when the ran came...

Ferrari I saw at the car wash...

Also... nme3, I bought them off eBay from X3Racing. This is the second time that I tried to buy these lights and this time actually got the right pair. I think I might try and get some amber bulb for the turn signal. Not sure if these clear ones will go too well with the law enforcement officers
.
A minor problem I notice when I was washing to car was that the right side light was fogging up, not a lot but some down at the bottom. Also I wished that the halo were white instead of blue, other than that these lights are great. I know there is a possibility of problems later on down the road with blown bulbs and what not but they can be dealt with.

I got tyc projectors, w/o the halo. pretty much the same thing. I noiticed a fairly large difference in brightness. The projectors are dimmer than the stock headlight units because the light rays arent bounced around in all that reflective chrome. the light the projectors give off is the light of just the light bulb alone. I still like my projectors, but if i wanted brightness, id just clear out my stock headlights.

Quick question for those of you that have these lights. How did you guys hook your smallest bulb to the housing (the little parking light bulb in the coner of the turn signal).
The opening is bigger than it was on the stock lights, is there some kinda of clip I can get or is there something I could fabricate myself?
