What's the size for the washer fluid hose that runs to the squirters??

I think he meant to ask "familyman" what size tubing he got. Or you could use the DIY to take off one of your nozzles, take it to the store and find the tubing that fits it, then buy some of that tubing.

Then do as I suggested, insted of buying hose, just go to the store and see what size fits, don't buy it, then order the size you need.

Also there are specific hose kits on the net for specific cars. That is, if you also want to replace some of the other hoses in red.
