i just bought that kit. it hasn't been there too long in urethane. i was a little pissed when the aerotrends site went down for a few weeks and when it came back, it had the r-33 kit in urethane. i would have rather got that one (has the same sides and rear as the octane, but r-33 front).

the poly urathane fits like absolute shiat. The reason is because that they took the mold from a fiberglass kit and fiberglass needs to be fitted. Polyurathane cannot be fitted to cars, so if u want a crappy looking kit then buy the poly. It will stick out on every possible spot and go into or be short of the fenders.

ShadyMilkman: Are you running a fiberglass or urethane Octane bumper? If urethane, did you have problems getting it to fit correctly?

I'm really interested in buying the Octane front bumper but I'm not sure whether I should be considering the fiberglass or urethane.

Thank you,

Terry

If you want the best fitting kit, then you need to go with a top name brand. If you buy a cheaper knock-off then yes its not going to fit as well.
