My little bro has a set of APC headlights in his Neon and they seem to be working rather well. Not too shabby for $20.
He bought what he thought was a set of amber LED 168/194s for his side markers and when he installed them, they ended up being red!
I think if you need bulbs really quick, they should do the job. They're not too expensive.

Rep Power: 0 Hybrid or Polar-G parking lights and turn signal bulbs are decent for the price. I've had mine in for almost a year now and they are working fine. Turn on nice and white and flash bright too... They're only about $15-$20 a pair...

Rep Power: 0 I really like the Led bulbs. I think they look good on the tail lights. When you see the brake light light up from behind it looks good. For about $15 a pair with free shipping its not bad plus you dont have to worry about replacing them. LED bulbs dont need to be replaced

Rep Power: 0 APC- American Performance Crap, nuff said. its your car, and do what you like, but i personally hate apc stuff, its kinda shabby quality. prime example- most everyone i know whom has or had their alteezas leaked or turned colors. i wouldnt buy anything they made, but thats MHO.

Rep Power: 0 yeah i had some APC bulbs in, i liked the color and all, but they started to burn the reflector inside the headlight 
so i pulled them out. it was only on one side so im not sure if it was just sat funny on that one side.
