Cleaning CAI filter...how often

I just put my AEM CAI in a few days ago and I was wondering how often I should clean the filter and how often I should do it?? Thanks

buy the K&N filter recharge kit (about $10) at any auto shop (pepboys, kragen, autozone,etc). Follow the instructions.

AEM says every 15k because the filter is exposed to the elements.
