Material or construction differences in Neuspeed Upper Strut bar?

Material or construction differences in Neuspeed Upper Strut bar?
They have a polished one and a black one, and there is a price difference. So is the finish on the bar the price difference? Or is there is difference in the construction or material properties of the bar? I searched around on here and couldn't find any info about the differences between them. If there's no difference, I'll probably just get the black one, no one will see it unless the hood is up anyway....

Yeah, the main price difference is due to the finish: Polished will be a little more expensive, as opposed to the black powder-coated.
