Sylvania SilverStar Halogen?
Anyone here tried these new Sylvania SilverStar halogen bulbs?
I saw them on Hi-Rev Tuners, and they claimed they were HID bright and HID coloured, but in a halogen format. I see them around online for approx $30-35 for a pair and wondered if they worked like they claim. And, more importantly, if anyone had tried them in their 7thgen.
I am looking for something brighter without going to HID, but also something that isn't so bright it blinds people I pass. For now I have gone up to a little hotter GE halogen bulb, but it's not enough.
I'd appreciate any educated comments on this particular bulb series.

Rep Power: 0 I've tried PIAA's, Cool Blues and Catz as well as stock. So far the Cool Blues are the best as far as seeing to drive is concerened. I'm now ready to try the Cool Blues in the Catz system. Not sure if they will stand the higher voltage, but worth a try. Nothing lost as I still have the other bulbs for spares. If I can find the Silver Stars will try them too. I think they are available now for our cars.
