and i have automatic ex
do you think it is good idea to get cai instaed of sri?

Woah...just to inform you, ppl recommend short rams for automatics I believe from the many threads that have been posted about this topic. I said MANY, so you might wanna go check out some of those threads by searching in the forum. I believe cold air gives more results in the high end of our cars while sri will give better results in the low end of our rpm range. Some say since our cars don't show any power till vtec hits in, then go for cai, but some say we need some power in the low end for daily driving purposes. I dunno, it's up to you. Beware and get prepared for flaming.
