Rep Power: 0 Anyone with Injen SRI...
Which is better, the AEM CAI or this? j/k
You know that red hose that it comes with? Mine slowly seems to be melting from contact with the intake pipe. It hasn't worn entirely through yet, but I am concerned about it. Has anyone else: A. noticed this B. had it melt all the way through C. done anything to prevent/fix it? Thanks. OH- and what exactly is that hose for?

Rep Power: 0 I have an Injen SRI and havent noticed it melting yet. But you might want to see if there is anything you can do to keep it from melting more, im not sure how.

Rep Power: 0 I took of my hose and put a black cap (from pep-boys) over the hole in the intake...and then i put a breather on the motor end.....it looks cool with the breather...but i had to cut a peice of the red tube(about an inch) to put on the breather to make it stick out a little.

just go down to an auto parts store and match up the tube size
i got a really durable one so im not worried about heat at all
