That is your front sway arm end link. Also referred to as front end link. There are 2 one on each end of your sway bar.

#14 or 15, for right or left .
You probably should obtain a set of new nuts also, just to be safe.

Left and right of any car are always determined as you sit in the drivers seat facing forward.

I sometimes have to CUT the nuts (or the links) off in order to remove the links. Easiest to already have new parts before you discover you need them.

excuse me, I'm not trying to start a new thread....other posters on this site have suggested to replace these end links with ones made by MOOG.
What exactly does MOOG parts have over OEM end links and is it just personal preference?.....................mattandchris

nothing, nothing beats factory parts. I have replaced quite a few moog parts under warranty for premature failure. You can buy parts from the aftermarket if you know your brands. What i mean is the brand that honda uses as a supplier. This makes it the exact same part your car came with.
Example: many seals and gaskets sold in the usa under the name Stone, if you look closely at the package you will see the true name "ishino". Honda uses ishino for many items. There are many other types of parts you can get like this as well.

How'd you figure that out?


If a factory part can last 100,000-200,000 miles or more, while many aftermarket parts don't last 30,000, does that make it any kind of bargain at all?

I've been studying honda oe suppliers for years and in fact as YOU should notice when looking at the factory parts lists many times it says ishino or atsugi or bando or yamada....on and on. Not everything is that easy, sometimes the symbol tells who actually made it but the honda name is on it.
Wipe off the seals you take out and look close, it will say nt or ishino and have the dimensions like 8x32x54. Some stuff is obvious like bando belts and denso stuff.

I don't really pay much attention because I don't have to find aftermarket stuff for Hondas right now LOL.
Yes I know the belts, plugs, and O2 sensors but that's kinda obvious, the name is stamped all over.


In the times that we have to call out for parts, I have zero control over what is sent or used.
