i have 96 civic and my headlights are dull...its not because of the covering(its not foggy) its the bulbs.
what brand of headlight bulbs should i buy?

chances are you use H4, in which case the brightest legal bulb out now is the philips XP (xtreme power) and they are found at www.powerbulbs.com. they are brighter and whiter than stock bulbs by a good amount. if you want even brighter but illegal bulb, get the osram HYPER H4. its actually slightly overwatt (65/70w instead of stock 55/60w). and the color is not as white as the philips, but it puts out more light.

^or u can get a retrofit. brightest of all. especially with 55w ballast. but thats a lil over kill.
