Re: door panels

I highly doubt you need an entire door panel. What exactly did you break? A plastic clip? I would totally look into trying to mod something before I spent the dough on an entire new door panel.

I was going to suggest a repair. ("goop" brand of glues are incredible with proper 24HR drying provided) The white clips should be indestructible and may be available at auto-zone. The slots for the fasteners on the panels may be broken out I guess. The slots give the fasteners a little room to slide back and forth, gluing would not allow any movement.

For sure it's really the entire door panel. You should try to find another option on how you can fix your door panel. It's hard to find door panel but it is easy to find materials that can fixed it.

Re: door panels

I would make a trip to home depot and get a larger self tapping sheet metal screw. That should hold it, you may need to do some modification, but its a fairly inconspicuous location so people won't be like dude what the hell is that.

Re: door panels

I broke mine on purpose to get the door apart and lay new fabric on it so I was in the same position as you. I just used a 2 part epoxy, applied it to the door and now it's as good as new.
