looking over at the DIY about clear cornering - just a bit confused.
do u really have to take apart the front bumper in order to do it?
why is such labor just to remove the orange thingamajig?

Rep Power: 332 Just to answer your question before you get screamed at, YES you do have to take the bumper off to clear your lights.
You have to open the whole headlight unit to get to the orange piece and you can't do it without taking the bumper off, the headlight out and opening the sealing!

Rep Power: 0 Taking off the bumper is not a big deal. I put off clearing my corners 'cause I thought taking the bumper off would be a hassle, its not. Helps to have jackstands though.

Rep Power: 0 I've had my bumper off so many times I'm sick of it. I can do it in less than 5 minutes, but it's always a pain in the butt to have to take it off to do almost anything.

Rep Power: 0 took me 2 hours my first time working by myself... its a pain..also cause of my hurry one of my lenses is kinda scratched up..take ur time set aside a whole day and take it slowly..but u could do it pretty quick, im sure i could do it in about an hour or less with soemone helping me
