to all the LX owners
i have a question about this car. nothing critical. u know how we have black side mirrors and black door handles?
is there anyway we can paint that to coordinate it with the whole body of the car? like the EX.
i should've get it in black or something so there's no worry about it.

Rep Power: 0 On my previous car I had black plastic pieces that were painted to match the car. It looked clean, but the paint chipped off extremely easily. It got hit by a car door and it looked like $hit.

Rep Power: 0 I got a NBP so the mirrors would match...there aren't the same colour exactly but better than paying for it...if you have a diiferent colour car then go to a bodyshop and they can paint them to exact colour match...

Rep Power: 0 i spoke with a couple of body shops and all of em told me that they will paint these pieces but wont gurantee them...cause the material doesnt bond well with paint...
so i just bought a set of mirrors off of ebay for like $50 dollars ( i got lucky ) and im ordering the handles next week....
its gonna look great

Rep Power: 0 Just buy the mirrors to match...I have a LX-G but my car came fully loaded...and well every thing is white....no black nothing..... try here...

Rep Power: 0 2k1 LX's have black door handles and mirrors, 2k2 LX's have matching door handles and black mirrors. I have looked into buying colored ones from Honda i think it is ~$115 per mirror and like $75 per handle. Not 100% sure.

Rep Power: 0 $115?????? $75???????? WTF!!!!! I got a 2k1 LX, and mine is black......never thought about getting same color, but with my color(Inca Pearl), it might cost a fortune, cause I would have to go thru the dealer, since they are the only one with that same color
