H11 Bulbs?

Where can i get hyper white (blue coating) H11 Bulbs? i got the stock foglights and a bulb broke and well the color always seemed kinda lame compared to my other pseudo xenon lights... also for projectors do the standard xenon bulbs work in projectors just fine?

I don't think they make hyper whites in H11 yet.

this guy said he could install hyper white fog light bulbs of another size by gluing it to the housing (ie it wont snap in) is this a good or bad idea?

I checked PIAA and no H11. Also did a search on H11 and found very little information on manufacturers of that bulb. I know Phillips makes them, but can't find anyone else that does.

And I don't think gluing in another type bulb is a good idea. I'd go back with the one Honda sells and wait for someone to make one.

Take a look at H1 bulbs on one of the chart pics. I think it may be the same.

I have a set of fog lights coming on Monday with H11. I'll try to compare then.

Hey Bartkat,

You ever compare the H1 & H11's? I'm curious cause I have OEM fogs, and I wanna change the bulb.

Thx

I know a guy that specializes in lights and he said that there arent and probably wont be for a long time and H11 bulbs. There are bulbs that fit the socket just fine, but they are too long and will melt the lense.

Now I've got that problem too. I don't wanna buy another pair of fogs, but it may come to that...

i totally wanted to get OEM foglights but they wouldn't have matched my PIAA xtreme white headlights.

I emailed PIAA and they suggested getting the 2100x series foglight. it has an xtreme white bulb. if you look on the PIAA website it's under what's new... (new product)

I called my local PIAA distributer and they had 'em for 199

Now if I reluctantly decide to buy a new set of fogs, am I screwed?? I mean I already (obviously) had the OEM's wired nicely, and the look up front is nice and stock. I don't know if another set of fogs will fit perfectly, and I really don't want to mess it up. Why does this have to be so difficult?? Honda could have just used a nice simple H3 bulb and made my life simpler... Oh well, I guess we'll see what happens...
