i saw this in my new sport compact summit racing mag. i had one on my toy, it was real effective in creating better throttle response and sensitivity. all it is is a throttle body spacer with ridges that move air (kinda like the tornado thing but more perminant and effective). i think i might get this rather than a type r throttle body, its only 89 bucks, unless somewants wants to get it before me cause i am broke.

I don't really understand what the full point of those things are. It seems like adding that would just be something else that air has to travel through and get restricted.

I don't see any Hondas listed in Summit's site for Helix.

hmmmmmm... you got a link to where I can find this at? My old roomie had a throttlebody spacer on his last car and I was really impressed by what it did...especially for how cheap it was...and I'd LOVE to find a nice one for my 2k2 civic ex manual...

AIr flow management is improved so air is pulled into the throttle faster,. Quicker air means better throttle response and better millaage and performance

I took my Tornado out today. It was in for a month and I couldn't see any difference pro or con. I was afraid it might fall down and bind up the butterfly on the throttle body.
