how to fix bent seat frames?

well im hoping to buy 05 rsx seats and if i do im gonna need to do a bit of a repair to them but not something too big but before i do i need some help. one of the damages to em is that the Driver seat frame is bent so its not straight with the bench. is there a way to fix it so that it is and that it doesnt loose its integrity(sp?). also one of the rear seats has like a dimple in it like some thing pressured or poked it causing it. is there a way to fix that?other damages might come later so ill keep you guys posted but here are pics of the seat:

im hoping to get em for $400 not including shipping, which is well worth it even with the damage. one other thing i want to mention is that its powered not manual seats and is there some way i can route a wire to power them?

The dimple in the back seat could probably be fixed by a fabric shop but the seat rail might be a different story. Unless you know someone who can fabricate metal then it might be more work then it's worth... if it's even fixable. The only way to know for sure if you can fix it or not is to take the seat apart and have a look at it.
