Rep Power: 0 www.mats.com carries 'weatherflector' brand which imo are the best, they slide into the window track and have a very low profile, no sticky **** on your paint. takes about 3 days for the window track to stretch out and fit well. see

in asia...particularly in indonesia...these things were really really popular....however, nowadays, it is not a trend anymore.....people stop putting them on the their car...
i think it looked kind of ghey....it doesn't really serve the purpose.....some rains basically got into the car trough the rubber adhesive....
hehe...i wonder whether this outdated trend will become a trend in america......maybe for ricer?

That's probably only purpose of ventshades, you can open window slightly when rains.
I've got one for my car.

Rep Power: 0 i have WeatherTech ventshades and I love them .. they were a really good investment.
http://weathertech.com/
The tuck into the window seal so they're seated in between the actual glass and the seal, so there's no adhesive required. My only complaint is that my driver side one took about a month until the window stopped rubbing up against it. But besides that, they have a lifetime warranty and you can always take them out if you decide you dont like them a couple years down the line.
here's my baby with them... its just an enlarged pic of my avatar

Rep Power: 0 oh i forgot to mention i used them all the time this past summer in the extreme heat. No lie, I could tell that leaving my windows cracked with the sunroof tilted when I left it out in parking lots for longer periods of time definatley kept the temperature somewhat bearable. I didn't feel like sufficating when I got in the car.
Also, I leave them open when it rains too and I know I'll be using my car again that day. It keeps the inside windows from fogging up witch is another plus in my book. I love 'em!
