EX catback exhaust on my LX will it work?

ok.. i know this has been asked before but all of the subjects i searched were for n/a cars...

so.. im goin turbo and i found a catback exhaust off an Si (CDN) for $150! 2.5'' piping... i got a buddy whose a real good welder so if anything would need to be fabbed he could take care of it...

anyways, what does need to be done to make it fit? thanks

get something diff if your going turbo. but yeah it should be fine.

get an aftermarket exhaust it your gonna go turbo. no point with going oem. spend money wisely. your gonna have to change the exhaust anyway. might as well be ready to be boosted.

the exhaust is an aftermarket exhaust man... its a 2.5" catback with apexi n1 style muffler.. it just came off an EX and i wanna know if it'll fit on my LX

i thought from your 1st post it was oem. sorry, be more specific. yeah it should fit. the cat on an ex is diff than an lx. your si is my ex.

can anyone else lmk what is diff. on the ex? if its just the cat then can i run a longer down pipe to the exhaust and run no cat? thnx
