How much did everyone pay for there muffler maid into a custom catback and installed?thanks

134 for apc muffler and 130 to have it installed 2.25 pipe from cat back

Today I was quoted $199.95 for a magnaflow muffler and installation and $20 to take out resonator. That doesnt include piping from cat back does it? I guess I shoulda asked him.
