3000 rpm's if you are goin for gas milage,
around 6500-6800 if I am in race mode.

Depends on what you wanna do. If ya wanna race, then BumpinCivic2k1 is correct. But otherwise...it should be at about 3 grand.

For gas mileage, i shift at every 10mph (bout 3300), but if im racin, i take it right at the redline, 6700 i think

I shift at 3000 for 1-3 gears, for 4th i shift at like 3500 and racing i shift at 7000. I wonder why the red line starts at 6800 when it can go up yo 7000.

3000?!?!?! i think thats a little early in my opinion. for the first 3 gears or so ill bring it at least to 5500..then from 3rd to 5th aroudn 3500-4000 (only because the speed limits around here suck). i bought the EX because of the VTEC and im gonna use it. VTEC makes the difference as to whether you can drive hard or not, and hurt your engine. IMO.
