I'm thinking about purchasing wireless underbody neons (I don't like drilling/messing with my car) I'm just curious if anyone would know how difficult it would be to install the wireless kind. like, mounting them and such.

Rep Power: 0 it took my friends about 1 and a half hours to install a neon kit.......... but than i don't think a wireless kit is available....
you will still need to wire the neons to a powersource and a switch and a ground....... which is basically
the whole installation........ hahahaaha

Rep Power: 0 You need to check your state and local laws about Neon legality. Here in ohio, you can have them on WHILE you are driving, however they cannot be a red and blue combination, and they cannot flash. Such as if you had reds on one side and blues on the other. Or maybe if you had red ones that were flashing, or blue ones that were flashing, that is a BIG NO-NO.
Strobes are a bit different. You can have them, but they can't be red OR blue, ever. And you cannot have them on while moving, only when stopped. There's too much police impersonation going on these days, and people get really freakin scared when they see flashing lights on a car that is not a Crown Victoria.
HOWEVER, I live very close to the West Virginia border, and a good friend of mine who is on this forum lives there, and they do not allow neons of any kind... stopped OR moving, ever.
