What fuel enrichment problem? By the way, don't you consider HKS to be a major company?
Yes, HKS is a major company, and like I said no major company has a turbo kit available. The problem is with the fuel system. The 7th gen Civic uses a constant pressure fuel system (regulator is in the tank), therefore you can't use a rising rate fuel pressure regulator (FPR) to compensate for boost (fuel pressure never changes.) "Everyone" is working on a fix for this, unfortunately there is nothing yet, at least that I have heard of, (and if there was then it would be all over the place,) there for, no turbo kit.

HKS said that the kit was coming along fine. They didn't give a release date as of yet, but I doubt it would be too long. As for the fuel problem, why not just elminate the in-tank pump and regulator and rig an external setup. Also, you won't be running to high of pressure on a stock block and the fuel pressure may not be a problem.

I'll give you all a price when it's ready. The whole system is being buiilt from the ground up as we speak, so I don't have any numbers on it as of yet. The first batch won't be intercooled, but if you want an intercooled turbo, let me know (it'll cost about $1000 more). Also, the amount of boost you run is going to depend on what you do to the fuel system. There hasn't been any way of adding more fuel (fpr and pump are in-tank.) but there have been talks about swapping the stock pump and fpr for the one that is found in the RSX (same parts, higher flow rate). On the stock fuel system, you can probably go up to 4PSI as long as you tune the fule curves probably (APEX AFC or something of that nature). You can run the turbo without any other mods, but ot gain the full potential, I would say new plugs, exhaust system and fuel delivery systems. I don't know if it would hlpe, but I would say you can try replacing the coils - don't know how much it would help though.
I'll get you guys more info as the system comes together. I was told that mid-march would most likely be the release date. After the system is put together, it still needs to be tested and tuned.

...........................Smitht6040@hotmail.co m In addition to upgrading the fuel pump/regulator, don't forget about the fuel injectors (more fuel capacity in the pump won't mean much if the injectors can't spray enough fuel into the cylinders). To my knowledge, there aren't any aftermarket fuel injectors for the D17A yet, so that means using a fuel controller with fuel injection modification capabilities like the HKS F-CON (which includes the HKS AIC - Alternate Injection Controller).
