I've been offered a set of 2000 acura type r front seats, and from reading some of the past posting here, I understand that some modification of the slider is needed in order to fit the seats in.

Can someone who has done the modifications tell me what exactly what is needed to be changed in order for everything to fit in properly?

Also can anyone give me the approximate price range of them? (they seem to be in good condition) I just wanted to know if they are around the same price as RSX or SI seats, if so then I'd rather save the trouble for modding sliders.

Siders are completely different from previous year.
Save your time and go with type s or si seats.
Very minor modification is needed and perfect fitment.

Front seat prices are around $500 to 600 + shipping for si and type s's front seats.
