If you own a 2004 civic and didnt get the fog lite package, help me out. The hole where the fog lites should be are covered by plastic pieces. Are those parts a part of the bumber? do they come off? if so do i have to take the bumber off to do it.

i don't have an 04 but i did put the oem fogs on my 02 and the bumper was the same way. when you get your fog lights and if you plan on putting them in yourself the kit will have a an outline for you to go by that you have to cut out for them to go in and stay. it's not bad if you have a dremel tool. be careful so you don't the hole too big or you're screwed.

The peices are part of the bumper, not sold seperatly. and you have to cut them off, they're very easy to remove.
