console piece for auto to manual look

i searched but couldnt find a clear answer. i know a lot of you have changed the stock automatic shifter **** to make it look like a manual. looking at hondaautomotiveparts.com the piece in blue is the piece that i have now with the automatic, i'm guessing the pieces in red are the parts i need for the swap.
is the piece circled in red a full replacement for the current piece i have in there now (piece circled in blue)? does it include all the parts needed for the manual look? cuz looking at that ring (part #6) the price was more than the whole piece (part circled in red) so the ring also comes with it?

when i bought the boot, all i bought was the one you circled in red. It fits the same for a coupe and sedan, yet the sedan one is like 20 dollars more. All you need is the one you circled in red...mine was about 30$ or so

you can just take the boot & tuck it into the console piece that is already there.

In which case, why not perhaps pick up a nice red-stitched type R boot? VERY JDM...he he.

genx_7 is an unknown quantity at this point
you need to swap the piece you circled in blue with a manual one. it doesn't look good if you do it with the automatic one. the manual one comes with the boot attached already.
