1. Truth is a defense to slander. The DID steal his pic, so he's not lying about that.

2. If you could get sued for that, then like half of the internet would collapse cuz that's all people do is complain about things and look at ****. Look at all the bestbuysucks.coms and circuitcitysucks.coms and paypalsucks.coms, etc. They're not getting sued.

its f'ed up. a manufact. can still the fruits of OUR hard labor to benift them. but we do not even get a discount or permission to use our image. **** those guys at eram, threatin them polietly, by phone and email, if they do nothin consult a lawyer, and make an example of them. also make them pay the legal fees. most consultations are free. at the verry least some poor shmuck 16 year old out there may not be taken advantage of, when he buys this thing, i really hope you do something about this, even if you dont get a lawyer. do something. i know if it was either of my cars i would go fuken ballistic.

pretty much the only thing from that testimonial that was true was a picture of my car and the list of mods i had.. minus the eram

yeah, if you scroll over the links..you'll notice that between the last two...it jumpes from "...#21" to "...#23" and skips #22 completely which is the one that the link on the front page jumps to...so

at eram for getting pwned.

We should do something about it, like report it to bbb or something, why should they get away with doing stuff like that? I actually went down there before its basically a fan. Stupidest thing i've seen and when you floor it, it sounds annoying..
