First step
Send them an e-mail, explain to them that u were surprixed to see this and that it is false, and u never gave them permision to use your car. Ask them to remove it immediatly or else legal action will be taken. Also nicly indicate that this has caused you severe emotional stress and that u were embassed infront of your colleges (us) because they thought u agreed to this. and that u would like some kind of compensation for this distress or else a law suite will be thrown at them.
also make sure u have tha page for future reference.
if they dont respond within a week, get a lawyer

This is petty.. a lawyer will laugh at you if you try and take something as small as this to court.
The most you'll get is them taking your picture and "false" statement off their website.
Costs of lawyer fees would probably be more then what you get out of it in the end. Not to mention wasting a LOT of your time to pursue something so small.

Sorry, I posted that before you Civiclx4dr. Thats f****d up though. Id be hella pissed. Here is a new Electric one that actually works. This one will give you awesome gains, but is still expensive. Look at the setup, and read info on the web about the development of this thing. http://www.boosthead.com/product.php. I need to start a topic on this I think. Ill get flamed for it I bet. But it sure does look like it would work, and this isnt a cheap little fan you stick in your intake. This requires a lot more than a fan. A Nissan with 105 whp gained about 75 HP supposedly.

So you did the dyno and got 22hp? That's pretty impressive, even though against the laws of physics. Our cars can suck in air faster than the eram can blow. Haha. How's the real turbo working out for you?

It charges while you drive, and I believe you can use it for 15 seconds at a time for safety, but can boost many more times than that before the batt's die. Not sure how many?? But you can recharge it off you alternator or battery??? if you get that setup. If you are the first one to try it on your model car, and give them a dyno, they give you like 500 bucks, pays for dyno, plus more $$. They have also been selling blowers and turbos for sometime now, and still sell blowers, and turbo upgrades
haha that's happened to a couple members already. that's why when you upload a pic to your Member Ride gallery a 7thgencivic.com watermark appears on it.
I wish I had money to burn too
I don't think anything good can come from a company that has to use false testimonials

wow and I bet that eram must really help. Should feel like you have a second turbo on there! And no turbo lag either. Everyone else with turbo is missing out bigtime.
I have all the parts for my turbo. It cool because the parts come from different cars. I go to junkyard and find what I need. Now I just need to find someone to slap it on the ride. Can you get me hookups for an eram too?

You (we'll all help) should make a site dedicated to destroying the reputation of that company. Take pictures of the webpage is it is to have proof of what they did. Make it like eramsucks.com or something. Spread the word all over every car forum you can find. Do not stop until they're out of business.
Crack kills... But then again... So do I...

Be careful on that, they can in turn sue you for slander and defamation... I'd really not recommend doing anything like that, instead stick with the other advice given and mention that since you are being used as a marketing ploy, you demand royalties as a result.

- so....how do you like it??
