fog lights?

street-looks.com, has these blue fog lights for sale, wanted to know if they would fit on 2k1 civic, and if they look like they are worth it, does anyone have them, how would you install them? easy or not? thanks for the help

Yeah I have seen them there really easy to install, and yes they would fit.

Are these blue blue lights street legal?

I read a thing about night vision lights and they said the green ones gave the best long distance vision.
